This Privacy Policy describes how Location Tracker (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application.
The App collects location information to provide core functionality such as real-time location tracking, background tracking, and movement history.
Location Tracker may request access to your location in the background (“Always Allow”) to ensure continuous tracking even when the App is not actively in use. This allows uninterrupted tracking and accurate movement history.
Background location access is used only for the stated features and not for advertising or unrelated purposes.

We may collect limited technical information such as device model, iOS version, app version, and anonymous identifiers for analytics and crash reporting. This information does not personally identify you.
The App does not require account registration and does not collect personal information such as name, email address, or phone number unless explicitly stated in the App.
Location Tracker may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Payment information is processed securely by Apple and is not collected or stored by us.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data may be shared only when required by law or to protect the safety and security of users and the App.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Location data may be stored locally on your device or securely on our servers, if applicable. Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the App’s functionality.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
The App may use Apple system services, analytics, or crash reporting tools that operate under their own privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
