These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Location Tracker iOS application. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is intended for personal and lawful use only. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and obtain proper consent before tracking any individual or device.

2. Subscriptions

Location Tracker may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal
• You can manage or cancel your subscription via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

3. Background Location Usage

The App may request background location access (“Always Allow”) to provide continuous tracking. Disabling this permission may limit certain features of the App.

4. User Responsibilities

• Do not use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Do not track individuals without their knowledge or consent
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by or licensed to Location Tracker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Location accuracy may vary depending on device settings, network conditions, or environmental factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Location Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the App.

8. Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA shall prevail.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
